Theodore G. Growdon
Mr. Growdon had his first experience in real estate in 1991 as a field representative, inspecting residential properties prior to the issuance of home-owners insurance policies. This position literally took him from Pensacola to Key West and all points in between. He began his professional real estate career in 2001 after nine years with an international corporation in Clearwater Florida. Since then he has worked under the guidance of Mr. Rick Snell of Snell & Associates, Inc. Snell & Associates was formed in 1992 and has been a leader in the appraisal field for many years. Of which Mr. Growdon was the primary commercial real estate appraiser. As of July, 2020, Mr. Snell retired and essentially handed the reins over to Mr. Growdon and his company, Growdon & Associates, PLLC. Mr. Growdon has extensive knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial real estate appraisals.
